Two slices of shoulder bacon topped with tomato and lettuce greens on two slices of lightly toasted bread.

Roasted Chicken tenderloins sliced and served on a bed of mesclun lettuce with tomato Mayonnaise and sliced red onions.

Cold smoked salmon, Served with a side salad, cream cheese, capers and lightly toasted Bread.

Beef Quesadilla

A flour tortilla layered with strips of beef, fresh tomato salsa, cheese, capsicum and basil pesto. Folded and lightly grilled. Served with mixed green salad.

Vegetarian Thyme Pancakes

Vegetarian: Crepes style pancakes laced with thyme, folded around a Silverbeet, mushroom, pine nut and feta filling. Served with green salad.
